Wholesale, shipping
& refunds

We sell our perfumes directly to wholesale customers and resellers. Individual shoppers can buy from our authorised stockists around the world or at our boutique in Au Cap.

1. Who we are

Coco De Mer Collection is made by Island Scent Pty Ltd, Domaine de Val des Prés, Craft Village, Au Cap, Mahé, Seychelles. Phone +248 259 5547, WhatsApp, or email info@cocodemercosmetics.com.

2. Buying our perfumes

• In Seychelles: visit our boutique at the atelier in Au Cap, or one of the shops listed on Where to Buy.
• Abroad: buy from our authorised stockists in the USA, Poland and Europe, listed on Where to Buy. Purchases, returns and refunds made through a stockist follow that stockist's own terms.

3. Wholesale orders

• We ship from Seychelles only, for wholesale orders and resellers.
• Orders are placed by email with a completed order form. Email info@cocodemercosmetics.com to request one.

4. Shipping

• Wholesale orders are shipped by sea freight or air, depending on the size of the order. Shipping costs are confirmed when you order.
• Every order is checked and securely packed before it leaves our atelier. Once it has been dispatched, we are not responsible for damage that happens in transit or after delivery.
• Please inspect your shipment when it arrives and report any problem to the courier straight away.

5. Refunds

• For wholesale purchases made directly with us, we refund only manufacturing defects, such as leaking bottles, damaged pumps or other faults from production.
• Please send refund requests within a reasonable time of receiving your goods, with photos of the defect.
• For purchases from a stockist, that stockist's refund policy applies.
