Wholesale Refunds

For wholesale purchases made directly through Coco de Mer Collection, we offer refunds only in cases of manufacturer defects. This includes issues such as leaking bottles, damaged pumps, or other product faults that occur during the manufacturing process. All refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the goods, and product defects must be documented.

International Shoppers

Please note that Coco de Mer Collection is not responsible for any purchases, returns, or refunds made through our reseller sites. For international orders placed through our authorized resellers, the reseller’s refund policy applies, and it is up to the individual reseller to determine their terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
